One winner will win half the CASH jackpot. The other half will go to programming for the Rhoer Club. Bring your money!

Nutrition Education

12:30pm - 1:15pm

Fitness Trainer, Jeanette Smith, will be our speaker from Bodies by Design. She will provide information about nutrition, forming new eating and lifestyle habits, cardio and calorie intake. 

Fun Physical Fitness

1:30pm to 2:00 pm

Certified Zumba Instructor, Lynda Aara, from Lioness Fit will lead us in a Zumba Fitness session so that we can have Fun while getting Fit!

Fabulous Physical Fitness

2:15pm to 2:45pm

Lynda Aara will then lead us in a Pound  Workout.  We will SWEAT, SCULPT, and RHOCK to a cardio jam session inspired by infectious, energizing and sweat dripping fun of drumming. Ripstix, lightly weighted exercise sticks, are used to  Pound a workout sound!

Registration and Payment Information

Due to limited capacity, participants must register online.  Youth are considered ages 9 to 18 (school age).  Adults are considered 19 and up.

Registration Fees

Youth - $5.00

Adults- $10.00


Last day to register is May, 16 2018


Paypal fees will be applied at checkout. If capacity is reached, registration will be closed and this information will be posted on this website. 


Day of Registration

1. On the day of event, May 19, 2018, ALL participants must complete a liability waiver.   ALL  parents or guardians of youth ages 9 to 18 must sign liability waiver for your child.

2. Registration will be at 11:45 am to 12:30pm.  

3. A bottle of water will be provided for ALL participants.
